Vision Without Glasses Review - Natural Vision Correction

Natural Vision Correction - Do Eye Exercises Work?

Is there a such thing as natural vision correction? Is it a myth?
I think many of us - myself included - with glasses or contact lenses for years. Not once have our optometrists told us that there are natural ways to improve our understanding of the performance of our eyes.
(Now that I think about it, maybe they did, and does not tell us, because if these methods work, we will not prescribe glasses and contact lenses.)Well, apparently there is a such thing as natural vision correction.

What vision correction is more natural? It includes a series of exercises to train the muscles of your eyes - you train your biceps and abs - which over time will lead to improved natural Vision Without Glasses Review. The ability to focus eyes are controlled by a series of internal muscles. Face because of the many constraints on the visual system, the use of glasses and contact lenses
(even shows a part of research that can aggravate a pair of glasses and contact lenses your vision over time), and the natural aging process itself, these muscles are weak and then the distorted vision.
What natural vision correction exercises is to strengthen these muscles and train - you have any other weak muscle in your body - and redirect your attention and helps you see clearly without corrective lenses and prevent further deterioration of the eyes.

The scientific evidence

Is there scientific evidence that eye exercises can improve vision? I did some research and there are few academic studies have found me:"The symptoms were completely eliminated in 53% of patients, reduced by 43% and remained unchanged in only 4%.
So ... a success rate of 96%. This is an impressive and growing body of evidence confirming the trainability of accommodative function "(From a study of 96 patients with a certain type of accommodative dysfunction who have a program of therapy vision was completed.) -. Suchoff B. Irwin, DO, and Timothy G. Petito, OD (1986) Journal of American Optometric Association
An article in the American Journal of Optometry & Physiological Optics published concluding that "the literature of a strong base of research, vision therapy as an effective treatment mode for accommodative deficiencies offer. Vision therapy has been shown to improve accommodative function effectively and to eliminate or reduce the symptoms. "(Rouse, 1987)
