As CEO of your company - you are no longer the "boss of everything." It's up to you to take a leadership role. This is work. No ifs or buts. The earlier you realize the best. As the market leader with some tasks that can not under any circumstances, be delegated.

Incidentally, much has been written on leadership qualities. But leadership is not on qualities such as "strength of character" or "integrity." While these things are useful if you are not already "a winning personality" met, it may be a half-life to develop.

It attracts people to the front of the iron filings to a magnet.
